GRANDPRO whipping paste is a complex food additive with a high concentration of working substances. It contains natural emulsifiers safe for human health. Used for preparing various types of dough and creams, GRANDPRO whipping paste increases the aeration and stability of the whipped masses.
GRANDPRO whipping paste is a multifunctional ingredient proved itself well in various applications, including sponge cakes, muffins, cupcakes, and Easter cakes; rich cookies; pastry creams; creams containing fruits and berries; semi-finished products for freezing. The paste is economical to use.

It is available in 2-kg plastic buckets.
